NIFTY TREND

Nifty opened with a mild gap up and after a very narrow trade between 12057-12037, it started coming down from 10 AM  and started with no recovery in sight till the end of the day. It finally took support at 11888 and closed above 11919, the low recorded on November 25th 2019.

The month end 12000 PE and CE move suggests that the 12000 PE could not hit the upper band despite a good slide, but closed at 162.70, suggesting the end of down trend. However only on an hourly close below 135 it confirms resumption of uptrend in Nifty.  The next week band for this 12000 PE is shrinking, indicating swing numbers 135 and 80.  12000 CE also contracts with a swing numbers 140 and 65. When both the options shrink, you can only use swings and make profit. 

Even after the fall on Friday, Nifty and BN are not in positional sell on a weekly basis. 12055-70 pose immediate hurdle for Nifty during next week and support lies at 11888-840.

Range for next week: Nifty 11810-12210   BN 30980-32400.
